Refund Policy – StoreDesignHub

All payments made to StoreDesignHub are non-refundable.

Once a project is started, resources, time, and effort are allocated to your store design and development. Therefore, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Before making a payment, we strongly encourage clients to review all details, ask questions, and fully understand the scope of the service.

Satisfaction Commitment

While we do not provide refunds, our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final result. We offer reasonable revisions as outlined in your onboarding agreement to ensure your store meets your expectations.

Payment Disputes

Attempting to file unauthorized disputes or chargebacks after work has started is considered breach of agreement. We reserve the right to present proof of work and enforce the agreement legally if necessary.
