By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Scope
We provide Shopify store design and related services based on the selected package and client requirements.
2. Project Revisions
Clients can request changes and revisions during the project phase until the project is marked as completed.
Once the project is finalized and delivered, no further changes will be made.
3. Project Completion
A project is considered completed once:
The store is delivered
The client approves the work
Or no response is received within a reasonable timeframe
After completion, any additional work will require a new agreement.
4. Payments
All payments are final and non-refundable.
5. Theme Support & Guarantee
We provide a 1-month theme support guarantee after project delivery.
If within this period:
The theme requires an update
Or any technical issue occurs related to the theme
We will fix or update it free of cost.
This does not include:
New customizations
Design changes
Third-party app issues
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Providing correct content and product information
Managing their store after delivery
Following platform policies (Shopify, payment gateways, etc.)
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Store performance or sales results
Marketing outcomes
Third-party platform issues
